Today we have:
Main: Roasted Vegetables with Cous Cous the recipe makes LOADS so I will have it again tomorrow, might spice it up a little though.
Side: Sweetcorn and Cheese Scone
Sweet: Popcorn and chocolate squares (had a bad day at work yesterday so added some chocolate to make me feel better!)
Fruit: Taking an apple to eat mid morning so didn't want to put it in my lunch box!
I substituted plain flour for wholewheat flour in the scone recipe. I considered adding some ham to the middle but decided to leave it plain this time.
